Usage Safety & Customer Responsibility Gardeneaselife specializes in large-format outdoor planting systems. By purchasing our products, the customer acknowledges and accepts the following safety responsibilities:
Stability & Placement: Customers are responsible for ensuring that large planters are placed on a level, stable surface capable of supporting the combined weight of the container, soil, and plants.
Material Fragility: Despite their durability, ceramic and certain composite materials can shatter upon heavy impact. Gardeneaselife is not responsible for injuries or property damage resulting from broken shards or tipped-over containers.
Maintenance: It is the user’s responsibility to ensure proper drainage and winterization to prevent damage caused by soil expansion or freezing water.
Damaged Upon Arrival: While we are not liable for damages caused by improper user maintenance, we fully guarantee the safe delivery of our products. If your planter arrives cracked or broken due to transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence for a full replacement or refund.
Operational Errors & Logistics Delays
We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for said product. Regarding logistics: All estimated delivery timeframes provided on this site are estimates only.
