This policy is designed to give you absolute clarity regarding our logistics operations, costs, and timelines, ensuring there are no surprises from the moment you click “Order” to the arrival at your doorstep.
Shipping Destinations & Specific Restrictions
Currently, Gardeneaselife exclusively provides shipping services to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations at this time.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
Due to the significant physical dimensions, weight, and architectural nature of our large-scale planters, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Our logistics partners (including UPS and FedEx) require a verified physical street address to ensure these oversized items are handled with the necessary equipment and security. We appreciate your understanding in providing a standard residential or commercial address for all orders.

The shipping cost displayed at your final checkout screen is final. Our pricing structure is designed to be simple and 100% transparent, ensuring you know exactly what to expect before completing your purchase.
Customs & Duties
All orders are processed and shipped exclusively from our facility in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Since we only ship within the 48 contiguous United States, there are no additional hidden fees, cross-border charges, or domestic taxes included beyond what is shown at checkout. The price displayed at checkout is the final price for your items. A flat shipping fee of $15.00 applies to orders below $120.00; standard shipping is free for orders of $120.00 or above. All prices are inclusive of applicable sales taxes.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
To provide the most accurate expectations, we break down our delivery window into two distinct phases:

Shipment Tracking & Logistics Updates
Once your order has been securely dispatched, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and a direct link to the carrier’s portal.
Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Gardeneaselife cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned to sender due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a flat reshipping fee of $15.00 will apply to arrange a second delivery attempt.
Delivered but Missing Packages:
If your tracking information states “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier hub. If the item remains missing, please contact our support team within 3 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist in initiating a carrier investigation.
Damaged in Transit
Given the fragile nature of high-end ceramic and composite planters, we take extreme care in our packaging. However, if your item arrives with any visible damage:
We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Post-Delivery Responsibility: Please note that our warranty covers transit damage and manufacturing defects only. Gardeneaselife is not responsible for damage caused by improper planting techniques, overwatering, extreme weather conditions occurring after delivery, or structural failure due to unauthorized modifications (e.g., drilling additional drainage holes). Any claims for transit damage must be supported by photographic evidence within the 48-hour reporting window.
