Return Window and Eligibility Criteria
We offer a comprehensive 30-day return window, effective from the date of delivery. If 30 days have elapsed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

The Return Authorization Protocol (RMA)
To ensure that your return is tracked and processed efficiently within our logistics network, we implement a mandatory Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) system. Gardeneaselife maintains multiple distribution centers; therefore, the return destination may differ from the original shipping origin.

Merchant Responsibility (Defective or Damaged Items)
If your architectural planter arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged during transit, or if we have inadvertently shipped the incorrect item, Gardeneaselife will assume 100% of the return shipping costs.
Customer Responsibility (Remorse or Change of Mind)
If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, personal preference, or if the size/style does not fit your space as envisioned, the return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for items damaged during the return transit.
No Restocking Fee Guarantee
In our effort to provide an industry-leading customer experience, Gardeneaselife do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns. You will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the item, provided it meets our return condition requirements.

We strive for rapid order fulfillment. You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase. After this 12-hour window, the order may have already entered our logistics and handling phase. Once a tracking number has been generated or the item has been dispatched, the order can no longer be canceled and must be processed as a standard return.

To protect our community of customers and the integrity of our brand, Gardeneaselife reserves the right to refuse a refund if a return shows signs of fraudulent activity, such as returning items that are not our original product, or returning items that have been significantly used or intentionally damaged.
